Pale straw yellow colour, it exhibits lovely aromas of nuts, pear, fresh fig and melon with similar flavours coming through on the palate. Medium-bodied and extra dry with a soft but refreshing acidity.
This wine is best paired with fresh or less aged cheeses such as Goat cheese, Feta, or young asiagos.
